Fishing for Words

This is a pretty easy to put together literacy activity for the kiddos. I haven't done this one yet with my kids, but I did make a similiar one for numbers with apples that they enjoyed a while back! Create cute fish with the sight words on them. Place in a bucket or tub. I'd like to use ice cream containers, but unfortunately I have not eaten enough ice cream. : P I will make my fish out of fun scrap book paper! Students pull out a fish, read the word and color in the matching penguin. Enjoy! Click here for your copy.
