Students use the addition template to help them practice adding and counting on. Students roll the dice to determine their first number then write the number and place that many marshmallows in their cup. Students roll the dice again and write the number and place that many marshmallows in their cup. Then students count the marshmallows and write the final number. You could play this game with coffee cups (non-breakable) or by making paper cups from scrapbook paper. Click here for the materials. You'll have to find/make your own coffee cups though!
